What Does the Get E-Bike Loan Scheme Offer Your Organization?

We provide up to 10 top-model e-bikes for a free three-month period. Your employees get a chance to try an e-bike for different journeys, such as commuting to work, riding to school with kids, or leisure rides with friends, for up to two weeks.

Included in the Scheme:

  • E-bikes equipped with a helmet and secure anti-theft D-lock
  • Free delivery and collection of e-bikes
  • Initial and monthly ‘how-to’ sessions run by Gloucestershire County Council
  • 1-to-1 cycle training confidence sessions on request
  • Promotional materials for the scheme

Participation in the Get E-Bike Loan Scheme

Interested organizations need to provide secure on-site storage for the bikes, manage a booking system, assign a staff member to handle keys and battery charging, and ensure employees sign our loan agreement and complete surveys.
