The Communities Connected CIC Thinktravel Toolkit is a resource document that aims to offer help and guidance to anyone with an interest in addressing local transport issues. The toolkit forms part of the Thinktravel programme.
It provides a practical sustainable transport guide with links to more detailed information on issues such as workplace travel, parking problems, encouraging active travel for communities, businesses and schools and planning for a more sustainable local development.
There are links to resources, information and supporting documents.
The toolkit is targeted at community organisations, businesses and schools, as well as those planning for local development and those involved in supporting the rural economy.
Communities Connected CIC Thinktravel Toolkit Launch
Friday 24th June 2016
2pm - 3pm @ Brockworth Community Centre, GL3 4ET
We would like to welcome community groups, employers, parishes and schools to the launch of the Communities Connected CIC Thinktravel Toolkit.
At the launch we will talk you through how to use the toolkit, and how Communities Connected CIC can provide support. We will provide you with a copy of the toolkit and resources available.
We will also talk about other working examples of previous local community work the Communities Connected CIC have been involved with to date.
At the end of the launch there will be a question and answer session.
